Devil’s Path, Catskills, NY

Devil’s Path

Devil’s Path is generally considered the most difficult hiking trails in the East, in the Catskill Mountains of New York voyage from east to west through the mountains of the spine.
This is just two hours of Manhattan north, but the route is wild hiker found in rocks and nearly vertical part, waterfalls, and rocks slippery tiles knees, broken downhill. Long, steep path, and difficult to travel 25 miles up six Catskill peaks.
We mentioned the bear? Please be sure to hang your food in the trees, served in the evenings, in order to avoid harassment of black bears.
